Description:
Titled "Civil War Days" this event features living history of the time of the American Civil War (1861-65).  We examine both military and civil life during that period.  On the military side we have the Union and Confederate troops, where the spectator cant talk with these "living historians."

Featured are arms of the era, military music, medical technology, infantry and artillery drills, a "Grande Review" (parade), and a skirmish at 2:30PM between the Blue and the Gray, complete with cannon, rifle, and pistol fire.  On the civilian side we have the blacksmith, salt making, "cracker" whips, music, story time, children's games, a fashion show, and more.  There are many civilians in costumes portraying people of the era.
